Even if you like something, it doesn’t mean that you should turn into it. But this happens in a lot of cases. Like, when you meet a friend who is totally different from you, like she wears short stuff, flirts with just anyone, dates anyone who asks her out, you tend to learn these stupid stuff from her and it wouldn’t take long for you to become just like her.
Things like this are very common. Especially when you start going to school or college, you turn into someone you are not. Guys too, not only girls. If a guy hangs around with a group of guys who smoke a lot, even if he hates smoking and stuff, he would try it or something. And eventually, he would start smoking. Same goes to drugs. And a lot of other stuff, like change in personality, tastes, fashion, behavior and stuff like that. Only a few people stay as who they are and not get influenced. But it’s really rare. Though turning into something you’re not isn’t good, sometimes it ain’t bad either. I mean, there are good changes. If you turn into a nice person from being a total asshole, it’s good right?
I lost one of my best friends to a bitch who is just like what i've mentioned above. She changed my friend's mind just like that. She gave her the worst advice anyone could ever give her. That bitch made my friend turn her back on me. And I hated her for that and I will forever. She wanted her to be someone just like her. She wanted all the gals in our gang to be just like her, and not me. It was like we had this internal battle in between us. And I swear, I will not let my friends become a bitch like her.
I’ve seen a lot of my friends turn into bitches and hoes over night, just because of the new friends they made. It’s not easy to watch an innocent person turn into a complete devil. What I’m trying to say here, is that don’t let people feed useless stuff into your head, be who you are, but if someone is telling you something good, believe it and try to make a good change in your life. Don’t let your friends change you. Be who you are and be happy with what you’ve got.
Don’t let shit get into your head. If you do, you will be screwed.

i think the reason why people feel the need to copy is becux they have low self esteem or they haven't found themselves yet.... the way i see it is if they cant accept me for who i am then they are not my friend!! people who copy really need to grow up...
